1. Why are your products more expensive than other brain-dump products?

2. How do I know there is an update?

Contact us by simply submitting a help ticket 3 days before your exam and we will let you know immediately if there is an update.

3. Are 7daystraining updates free?

Free updates are available for all paid customers within 30 days of purchase.

4. Is it possible to extend the update period of an expired product?

We will NOT extend the update period AFTER the material has already expired. If your material was bought less than 30 days ago, you can extend your update period, at a cost of $100 for every 10 additional days.

5. How often are your products updated?

Our products are reviewed and updated on a continuous basis. The certification vendors often change the skills being tested in the exams, so we frequently change our study guides to accurately reflect the current exams.

Quality

1. I think I have found an incorrect answer in one of your products/I don't understand one of questions/One of the questions seems incorrect. What should I do?

Each material is carefully reviewed by a test administrator before dispatch. If there is an answer you think might be wrong, we will recommend you stick to the "wrong" answer if you meet this question in the real exam. We are unable to explain why this is the correct answer but will tell you that this answer has been proven to be correct in the real exam.

2. What if some question/answer is not clear to view?

3. Are your questions 100% accurate?

We are reluctant to answer this sensitive question. What we can say here is our questions reflect the latest change of the real exam questions and our questions are provided by our test administrators working in numerous authorized testing centers through legitimate means. In most cases the material is 100% accurate while other material may fall to 95% in accuracy for short periods of time.

4. What is the quality of 7daystraining products?
